INSERSTAVE SYSTEM
This stave system has a self-supporting stainless-steel structure that is adaptable and allows installing it in any type of tank, regardless of its capacity. The vertical position of the staves allows the must and skins to move freely when it is used during the alcoholic fermentation stage of red wine. It is also used in the aging stage.
